This year's show at a glance…
The Geneseo Quilt Guild presented its 2025 Quilt Show— Fall in Love with Quilts on September 12th & 13th at the Geneseo Community Center in Geneseo IL. The Guild proudly displayed over 280 beautiful and impressive quilts from its membership. The show hosted over 600 guests from around the US, with one from as far away as Sweden. Our guests also enjoyed shopping with 11 vendors from around the Midwest, bed turning presentations, lunch from our caterer, and white glove service from Guild members. Viewers Choice voting was held on Friday, and drawings for the Raffle Quilt and Raffle Baskets were held at the end of the show on Saturday. We had a lot of great conversations about quilts, techniques, and our Guild. Thank you to all of our guests, vendors, and Guild volunteers for supporting our Guild and making this year's show the 'Best Ever!'.

Quilt Show 2025 Ribbon Winners
Raffle Quilt 2025
This year's Raffle Quilt was won by Ronald L. Martin, husband of Guild member and Treasurer Mary Martin. Mary was also one of the piecers.
The 2025 Raffle Quilt measured 108 inches square and was composed of a dynamic and intricate design with warm, earthy Batik fabrics, with an appraised value of $4800. It was pieced by Mary Martin, Dawn Rettig, and Deb Magerkurth. Quilted by Adam Frommelt.
The Raffle quilt has an appraised value of $4800.
